1. Do you hold stock, if not what will be the lead time?

A: Smart Solutions holds a vast majority of the products in stock in our Warehouses. If products required are not available in stock then a lead time can be anticipated depending on product type and shipping.

2. I need a specific product, but I can’t find it on your website?

A:  We may not list all our products on the website, feel free to contact our sales department in order to get more inquiry for any product you want. Feel free to email them on sales@ssmegroup.com or through the phone on + 971 2 44 713 22

3. I had emailed your sales department, when do I expect a replay?

A:  Our sales department is trying their best in order to replay ASAP, you will receive a replay within 2-3 business day. Please refer to our opening days and timings.

4. What is the warranty Period?

A: All Products has a warranty depending on brand. Please refer to warranty certificate for details.

5. What about the after sales service?

A: Smart Solutions staff is always available to serve all our clients demands for any kind of service or inquires.

6. If I am not a business organization, can I purchase directly from you?

A: Smart Solution is wholesaler organization, we are planning to open our store but for this time we only sell to businesses.
